A full refund will be issued only if the participant completes the program in full and is still unable to quit smoking, as defined under this policy.

3. Definition of “Unable to Quit Smoking”

For refund purposes, “unable to quit smoking” means:

The participant continues to smoke cigarettes regularly after completing the full program in accordance with all program requirements.

Unsatisfactory personal experience, change of mind, lack of motivation, or personal circumstances do not qualify as inability if the program was not properly completed.
